"We chose this accommodation as a stopover on our way back to the Netherlands. We arrived late and received clear instructions to collect our room key from the key safe. The next morning, we were able to check in at the reception without any problems. Breakfast was very good, with fresh products of high quality. "We stayed as a family with 2 kids. I was misled by the word ‘Spa’ in the name. There is no spa. These are cheaply renovated apartments. Very much low end. Luckily we only stayed 1 night."

"This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....
