「This hotel short of staff and no instructions to assist late check in. actually it's 7pm. We spent 1 hour to find out how to check in. it's totally unacceptable and unsatisfied. Not house keeping for the second night stay and no blanket in the room. Won't book this hotel anymore for my next trip for this hotel.」

「This place is amazing !!!! I’ve stayed for 2 nights and I have nothing but positive things to say. Check in was super easy. I arrived early and asked the host if it was possible to check in early and they were super nice and said yes. As far as the room- room is bigger than expected! High walls. Spacey kitchen. Beautiful and clean bathroom. Bed was super comfy and there’s also a dining table and a little our door sitting area. The place was clean and you can really tell they took their time...

「The unit itself is great, location is awesome, comfortable beds and linen etc. It is spacious for 2 people, but once you pull out the sofa in the living room, there is no space for luggage. Not convenient if you have heavy luggage as you have to carry it to 2/3 floor to get on the elevator. Also, it is in the pedestrian area, so there is a bit of walking since the car can’t pull to the building.」

「This was the worst experience we’ve ever had staying in a rental…ever. First, no one came to greet us and we had a difficult time getting accurate check in instructions. More importantly, despite assurances ahead of time that the apartment is clean and despite a cleaning fee and online description that the apartment is “professionally clean,” it was absolutely filthy and unsanitary. The beddings and pillows were stained and dirty. In the kitchen, appliances were dirty, with crusted food in the...
