“Clean, private, easy to access. This was just right for visitors to the city.”

“Hot water isn’t hot enough”

“Hello I had a wonderful stay! The only thing I would say is that there was a distinct odor at this location (maybe from a previous stay) other than that I had a great experience. Thank you for your communication also! ”

“Proximity to the center of Philadelphia was excellent. Kitchen adequately supplied. Beds comfortable. The passcode was wrong for the unit but SoSuite did respond to problem immediately. Street noise was extremely loud and throughout the night. Suite advertised to accommodate 6 people but only two stools at dining bar & no DR table. Bathrooms clean but unit needed a deep cleaning as dustballs were in every corner of unit. Spartanly "worn looking" furnished and drab and sterile atmosphere. This is……

“Homey, quiet and perfectly located property. Easy to communicate with John. Will definitely be back!”

“Our 1st time visiting to see tourist sights. This place is within 3-4 blocks of Philadelphia's 2 Hop-On/Office tour bus companies. There's a bakery/café & Starbucks across the street, plenty of food within walking distance, as well as we found affordable long term parking 3 blocks away. The building was recently renovated to like brand new. We loved our stay!!!”
