「Stable wifi signal allowed solid video calls during my visit so work didn't pile up too much away from home office base.」

「This is such an unusual but very comfortable place. The setting is gorgeous. We loved our stay here! It’s quiet and private but still very close to town. Highly recommend!」

「This location was perfect for our weekend stay in Smithville. One block from the town square where there are a variety of restaurants and bars. Our host was excellent and the unit was better than expected. Very nicely furnished and many extra items that really added a nice touch to our stay. Will definitely stay again when we are in town.」

「Cozy house near downtown/The Elms. Clean, comfortable beds, perfect for a sister weekend get away.」

「Was very happy with the condition of the place and David is an awesome host, we will be staying here on our next visit.」

「It was all just as pictured. Very quiet neighborhood. We didnt use the laundry. There is a tv in the living room and one in each bedroom.」

「We loved the place and it was spacious, the pics tell the story of the modern renovation that retained the old charm, well thought out (games, sitting areas, TVs, bedrooms) and very welcoming. It’s the small things like a Brita in the fridge (tap water in Excelisor is quite good), coffee Kcups, fun coffee mugs, a well stocked kitchen, etc…that tells you about the care that goes into the rental. It’s centrally located downtown and relaxing. We truly enjoyed the time there!」
