"Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool. We weren’t told that there is a charge to clean our room at the end of our stay, was a complete surprise. Expedia you need to let your clients know of the charge."

"If you are looking for a quiet place that feel's like a home and not a resort, this is the place to stay. It is very family friendly which is great if you are traveling with kids, I would not recommend if you are wanting a child free experience. The views from all three levels were beautiful! Air conditioning in every room. The kitchen was fully stocked, the couches are comfortable and all of the balconies had plenty of furniture for watching the port and listening to the waves. " If you’re looking for a comfortable, relaxing holiday, this is the perfect place. Any issues we had were remedied immediately and our suite contained everything we needed. The location is beautiful as far as the view and we saw whales and dolphins from the patio. The hill is challenging, but good exercise. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation. "

"Everything was great, very difficult to find if not give instructions correctly. Each building has a name. The building is located in the Main road. Building c8 isn’t enough for you to locate the apartment! "

"Playa Grande is the perfect getaway. Three pools, snack bar, onsite store, walkable beach.The condo we stayed in was well appointed, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were very accessible, and responded in a very timely manner to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return."
