「Beautiful and spacious place. Comfortable beds and furnature. Ocean view from the balcony and steps to walk into the clear water. Close to the public beach, stores and bus station. The host was very helpful. I recommend this place when you stay in Samal. 」

「There were 12 of us (Americans) for a family reunion and the house could handle us comfortably. The pool was amazing. It was larger than we expected, which was an added bonus. Everything worked as described. Wonderful house, we would stay here again!」

「Check in was simple. Smells like mothballs, but that means clean lol. CR is small and the toilet doesn’t get enough water pressure to fill it so have to manually fill to flush. Lack of linen for beds. Only 2 sheets. A/c’s work good, however one drips on the balcony floor and makes it a slipping hazard when you walk in with wet feet. Price is high for what it is, unless you’re looking for close proximity to the airport. Very secure location. Security is everywhere and very vigilant. Would stay...
