“Tim’s accommodations were exactly as noted, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable all around, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. The accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions and privacy was never an issue. “Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay”

“This property is a nightmare to say the very least. Filthy bedding, toilets not working (one not attached to the floor, light bulbs burned out and I could go on for hours. The host never gave us contact info other than via VRBO system so wasnt able to efficiently address issues, the code to get in was not posted on time and day two the code didnt work and had to be reset after multiple contacts. I would sleep in my car before this property! ”
