"The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service. We also had to ask for clean towels and the bed to be changed and room to be cleaned. The room which was the Presidential suite 316 was cold on arrival, radiators not on for the duration of our stay, there was air con unit for heating however wasn’t very effective. The porter was very helpful and an asset to the hotel, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"This was my first trip to Mardin and I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was superb. The location was good. We were able to park our car at the hotel, which was a plus given how crowded and narrow the old city's streets are. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. "

Özellikle oda kartını yanınıza alsanız dahi sıcak odaya gelebilmek harika. Güzel düşünmüşler. Müthiş rahat uyuduk. Odada kettle, su ve çay, kahve ikramı var. Oda servisi fiyatları gayet uygun. Otel aynı zamanda taksi mesafesi olarak havalimanına 15-20dk mesafede. Diyarbakır'a yeniden yolum düşerse tekrar konaklamak isterim. "

"Everything was great, the guys in the hotel are amazing. Immediately responded to all our requirements. Helped with transportations, met us to/from taxi down the road and carried our bags. Recommended place to stay! "

"unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here."
