"Generally a pleasant experience, it’s one of my many stays here so there are some details which I observed. First the location is superb and the bed is extremely comfortable, and that’s the two main reasons I choose to return to the hotel. Amenities are new but staff is new and lacks training. Front desk staff is mediocre, checking in so far had never been pleasant. Staff is terrible on time management and never once provided accurate timings. For example “Mr yang your room will be ready in 10 minutes then 20 minutes went by and when I check back they say another 30 minutes which I showed slight disapproval then they say let them check and immediately provided a suite as per I booked”. It shows very bad initiative and front of desk training.
Housekeeping is alittle underwhelming as well. Upon checking in I noticed a little stain on the ground and some paper sheds at sofa area. It remained there for the rest of my stay. Not sure if the management checks on those standards.
It’s is pleasant hotel but it is very obvious that staff training is poor. The staff are clueless most of the time even if they wanted to try to provide a pleasant experience they had no idea how."
