“on check in we spent 1.5 hours cleaning the home the bathrooms were not cleaned the floors were not swept or washed none of the appliances were wiped down and the love seat has a broken leg .I did take photos .”

“Nice place to stay in Moncton, walkable to dining, which is nice when you’re on a roadtrip. Only issue we had was some lights not working so we rearranged the little kitchen table. I would note to the owners that it’s nice the instructions are online; however when the internet goes off ( not sure why it happened but it did) there should be a binder with info as a backup.”

“The good: Our host was very responsive and did her best to resolve issues that arose.The beds were comfortable.The upstairs area is spacious.Good laundry facilitiesThe not so good: Our host is having issues with her cleaning team. The apartment was not ready for our stay. While the bathrooms had been cleaned the rest of the apartment had been ignored or barely touched. Our host did request her cleaner to return to the apartment and some but not all issues were address. I believe that this……
