"As advertised, this hotel doubles as an art museum. The decorations are jaw-dropping. Our room was comfortable, with good A/C and shower. The staff was friendly and attentive. The front desk staff answered our questions and helped us arrange a Mount Bromo tour, and even greeted us by name whenever we passed. "It was a great experience staying at this nice hotel which was very clean and the staff extended their best service. It was strikingly pleasant when compared to a hotel that I stayed the previous 3 nights that turned out to be a great disappointment and disaster although that hotel was located in a much better locality and had an iconic name which didn’t meet my expectations at all. I look forward to visiting this chain of hotel in other cities too as they really made my day and compensated on...
