“Beautiful place once you’re inside. Outside is not so nice. The place also has bad facility maintenance. There is never hot water for shower, Internet goes off daily and multiple power loses. Even with automatic generators, it was very annoying. You have to call them constantly for services or repairs. There is also very loud music from a club next door. However, The staff is very courteous and friendly. I felt bad for them because they really do try and make your stay better but the maintenance……

“Overall, I like the hotel and the hospitality of all staffs were superb. The staffs were accommodating especially when there was a problem, caring, polite, respectful and professional. The complimentary breakfast was great and I love their vegetables omelette. Overall, the food at the restaurant was great. I will plan my reservations there in the near future.
