“Home was lovely. But the management was terrible. No advance contact. Non responsive through the app or to texts. There was no hot water because gas was disconnected. It was reconnected the next day, the gas company said it was shut off due to non payment. But no further response from the manager. She didn’t check on us. Didn’t send checkout information. Very limited amenities. 1 towel per person for a 3 night stay. Kitchen supplies were sparse as well. ”

“I was sent the wrong address to the house. In addition, the house is a duplex (which was not mentioned anywhere on the description) and you can hear the adjoining people on the other side of the walls rather clearly. ”

“I would give this retreat one million stars if I could! By far the BEST we’ve stayed at. Super clean, super cozy, super spacious and super hosts! The attention to so many details in every aspect of this property shines through the minute you walk through the door. Spectacular sunsets over the private lake and the serene country atmosphere made this the perfect retreat for a fantastic girls weekend. The Hosts even helped out with a flat tire the day of checkout. We will for sure be back……

“The property looked exactly like the pictures but once we arrived, all sheets and towels are on the floor. I did not look like the cleaning service had been there as we also found red stains from a red soda on the floor and the counters. There was also a random phone found in a drawer. The bathrooms were cleaning but we have to wash the sheets and towels ourselves while trying to get things set for a wedding. Communication with the owner was very difficult, he did not respond to our message via……
