Water front is lovely. It is much nicer than the listed pictures on VRBO. We commuted back and forth to Lawrence each day and it is a beautiful drive, within about 1/2 hour. 「Rock Chalk Villa is close to the university, restaurants, and a short drive from downtown Lawrence. The apartment was extremely clean and cozy, with new kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer combo, and large screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom.
