"From check in to check out, this stay was perfect. The staff, Aitor and Elizabeth in particular, were so welcoming and helpful. I appreciated all the recommendations and help. The property is clean and well maintained. I had the attic room and it was spacious with a skylight that can be covered with a switch. Bathroom was well lit and spacious and water pressure was good. I do wish it had an electric pot in the room. The surrounding area was accessible to all the pintxos your heart desires. "

"We had a great 2 night stay. The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to all of the neighborhoods and sights of San Sebastián. It’s a 5 minute walk from the bus station. The staff were really nice and helpful. It’s a newly built hotel and the rooms are state of the art. The toilet includes a remote controlled bidet which I’ve never seen before. It also has a light that illuminates in the dark that allows you to find the toilet in the middle of the night - the first time I’ve ever seen that! The mini-fridge is stocked with free drinks which is a great perk. The rooms are clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. "
