「Very clean, nice property. Will be back」

「The cabin has a good location to access the water; however, it is poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we noticed the chairs and tables outside were covered with dust and bird poo. We cannot close the door very well and we had to fix it. There was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner provided. What is even worse, we didn’t dare to use the microwave or coffee maker because they look dirty. The refrigerator is also dirty.」

「Great place to stay for a quick get away. Nice walk to the water. Used the kayaks provided. Lake was beautiful. Restaurant nearby with excellent food. I would stay here again.」

「The room was absolutely perfect for a short trip to Caddo Lake. Two beds, shower/toilet, AC, parking, TV with roku, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and easy access to everything around the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the AC kept us cool the entire stay. My only complaint is that the showerhead was too powerful, and the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. There is peeling on the floor.」

「Perfect cabin for couples weekend getaway」

「This was my husband and I first time to caddo lake and we love to fish and this place was perfect. The only downfall and this has nothing to do with the houseboat itself but it is docked at a boat dock that is also part of uncertain lodge so you never know what kind of people will be utilizing the boat dock while you are there. We didn't have any problems but there were some young kids utilizing the boat dock and was playing loud music and not respectful that we were in the house oat trying to...

「Everything was wonderful, easy to communicate with property owners, and the rental location was close to everything we wanted to see/do.」

「Very nice house. The house was clean and all the furniture was comfortable - no low end furniture or mattresses. We only stayed one night, but will definitely keep this on our list for our next trip thru Texas.」

「Great experience, Kids love this carbin. 」

「The house was super clean. Comfortable beds and beautiful scenery from the porch. We were concerned about the mosquitos that we thought might be really bad that close to the water but it was the opposite. Never even unpacked our bug spray. We will go back again.」

「Awesome property. Very clean and simply decorated.」

「Cute, clean place on the water . Host was so responsive and helpful.」
