"I loved the fact they had an open communal kitchen they allowed anyone to use at any time. They have parking in the back. They have shower & suana facilities included. A large breakfast buffet set of choices. Easy & fast walk into town. Great location right as you drive into town. Friendly staff."

"Lovely hotel in centre of Les Gets perfect for exploring local area. The hotel is run by a very freindly couple who were very helpful answereinf any questions we had about the local area etc. Very well appointed hotel and the breakfast was amazing and very good value."

"We had a fantastic stay for our family ski holiday. We've stayed in other places in Avoriaz in the past and the location of L'Amara is just spot on for children. Our appointment was directly above the ski locker which was straight out onto the run. We used the pool area a couple of times and although it was quite busy, it never felt crowded. The parking was convenient and easy to access the appartment from it. The appartment itself was actually surprisingly roomy for an avoriaz appartment. We had a 2 bed one and it was plenty big enough for a family of 6, including 2 under 5's. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall, we would stay again if we returned to Avoriaz again. "

"We visited Les Gets for the first time and our stay at the Chalet-Hôtel La Marmotte could not have been better. We were warmly greeted by reception, had the most amazing room and so impressed with the cosy lounge. The breakfast was delicious, the location perfect as directly by the slopes and lifts (if skiing). The most relaxing luxurious stay in a quality hotel. We will return, thank you for making our break special."
