「This is our third time and we still love this home! “Uncle Bill” has been so easy to work with and responsive to any feedback. The home is beautiful, the pool overlooking the golf course is lovely, the grill was great, lit for easy cooking at night. Lots of rooms with space for all of us. Great kitchen, oven, huge round table for all of us. Our family loves this home and we look forward to coming back!」

「We were very hesitant because of the strict rules regarding noise ordinances. It states no music and no loud talking outside, and we thought we would literally have to whisper. But that was not the case. I think they are just trying to deter renters that are not considerate of their neighbors. So if you respectful of other people, then this is a property for you.
