「Parking was secure which was my priority, so very good. Room was okay, all amenities available and was clean. The only down side was that you could hear noises from the other rooms. In general I was happy with my stay.」

「Our group of 3 stayed for 2 nights at Maison de Chanteloup and had a wonderful time. Guichard had a fire going in the wood stove when we got there which was so welcoming! The house was rustic, but comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect - close to town, but quiet and relaxing. Guichard was very responsive to questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again!」

「This was a great stay! It was luxurious to have so much space! Conveniently located to all the attractions in Amboise, and a winery a literal stone’s throw away. One downside was no internet or wifi, and within the house the signal was poor- had to pop outside a few times when internet was needed. We would definitely stay again! 」

We were lucky to have been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apt, which I would book first time if we came again as see that the one bed would be small for 4. It had everything we needed (except a fan) Like everyone else who stayed whilst the weather was around 35 degrees, we struggled with the heat and no air con, had to sleep with the bedroom door open (we had a ground floor apartment but it felt safe).
