「Great property. Peaceful and quiet. My only complaint, and it’s more on me, was not realizing that there was no onsite food options and there was nothing in walking distance. But an easy fix for next time.」

「We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots and pans, and the oven and fridge were great to have. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The grounds were quiet and seemed very safe - we did hear the trains a few times, but with a white-noise speaker and some soft earplugs, it didn't bother us or the dogs at all. If...

「Very pleased with how nice this house was. We chose this location because it was just over the I64 tunnel and we were in town for concerts at the Hampton Coliseum. Really fast and easy to get there and back from the shows each night. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available along with kayaks. House was spacious and well provisioned. 「Amazing little cottage right on the water. Would love to stay again. 」

「Comfortable overall including beds. Nice view from most rooms. Enough dinning/kitchen space for our group of 7. Back porch/ deck was a plus. The only issue was, the upstairs tub had been repaired and was a little weird but did not leak and when hanging a face cloth on the towel rack, it fell of the wall as if had been previously glued. We all still enjoyed our stay.」
