There are activities for every possible situation from board games and puzzles to a boat, paddle board and floating dock! The space is beautiful and the lake was quiet and peaceful! We will definitely stay again!」

「Beaatiful lake place that had all we needed. Cooked for 10 for entire week and had all cooking supplies needed. Plenty of trailer, boat and vehicle parking tha made it easy for everyone. Lake is a beautiful lake with lots of fish to catch. Was really impressed with the whole set-up and our stay. We will be back.」

If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. Birders, this is located in the bog with great birds waiting right outside your door! Walk down to the bridge and watch herons and beavers near the Whiteface River.」

「The Quiet Cottage, also known as Stolhammer Hus, is the perfect base to explore the Mesabi Bike Trail and the Range. The house is very clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Great screened in porch, as well as a deck that has you sitting in the woods. The host is great, very accessible and helpful with local recommendations. I would highly recommend the Quiet Cottage in the Woods!」

「We visited Hill City for the 4th of July to celebrate and visit family. We wanted our own space to retreat to with our two children and this property was perfect! It sits just outside of town, away from the crowds but close enough to quickly get back to the fun! The units were clean, nicely organized and had everything we could have needed if we forgot something. The view of Hill Lake is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, peaceful lake retreat! 」
