“This property is perfect for 'solo' travelers having an independent personality. I can't recommend strongly enough to bring your own groceries and do your own cooking; if you rely on deliveries, your food will arrive unpleasantly cold (it happened to me with the breakfast included). There are no short distanced restaurants; some fast-foods are in the other side of the Zoo and require an unconfortable stroll in order to get them.”

“各方面都好，尤其是有厨房和厨具。但是美中不足一点油和盐都没有。如果提供一点盐和油就好了。唯一不满意的是遮光窗帘拉下来后味道难闻，所以我们住的三天都没有敢再拉下来，早上早早就被亮光叫醒。除此之外，我很满意，如果下次来危地马拉市我还选这里！”
