「My friend and I went on a beer, wine and distillery tasting tour from Texas Wine Tours where we were picked up & dropped off at the home in Harper which was only a 25 minute drive from Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the quietness and the Longhorn Cafe was within walking distance from the home. The home was really cozy, we enjoyed all the photos of the family's history and sitting out on the screened porch at night. I would go back because of it's proximity to Fredericksburg and it's not as busy.」

「My kids went nuts playing with the animals! Like a bonus petting zoo with the stay! My husband and I loved the sunset views of hill country and the wild deer/nature that ran through all evening. It’s far enough away from town to feel the calm of countryside, but still close enough to Main Street to do some shopping if desired. Our hosts were great and made sure we had everything needed for the night! 」

「We had such a great stay twice. On our way to and from west TX. I love Kerrville and this did not disappoint. The property is immaculate, comfortable and beautiful. Plus, we got a stunning lightning bug show from the live oaks while we sat on the porch. The property has everything you need and is built exceptionally well. We stayed with our 6 month old daughter and had a wonderful time. This gorgeous cottage is now our go to place to stay when we stop in Kerrville. 」

「Just an overnight stay after visiting nearby Kerville. Literally just down the street from the James Avery store (which was on our itinerary). Clean property with classy touches all around. Not a large rental space, but plenty of room for our party of five. Would definitely consider Staying at this property in the future.」
