"Biggest complaint is towards Hotels.com way of dealing with reservations - they do not provide direct number to call. It is an old apartment building that remind of communal apartments back in 60ies in Soviet time and there are NO mention of River apartments on outside of building or anywhere inside if you get past door lock with a code. Only way to reach owners and get instruction on how to get into building and get keys is by calling a Hotels.com number - in USA. I after getting really upset...

"The location was great. Very spacious and comfortable place. Check-in, we weren’t told we had to get to the apartment from the canal side or that it was top floor by stairs only. We were helped by a lady who lived on the other side apartments to find our block. The microwave was broken.
