We had a small issue and they addressed it quickly. The room was comfortable and had everything we need. It is very well located and easy to walk to anywhere you may want to go. "Apartment on had one widow, in the bedroom, so you needed lighting on whenever you were in the property. The pictures on the website were nothing like the apartment which was tired and needs updating. Owners had good communication and location is great as you can work to all major sights in Tirana and good local bars and food places nearby "
