“Bueno la chica encargada se le llamaba y cada vez estaba dormida y me cobró el parking día y en la aplicación está a no explicó que el parking es complicado de entrar y salir dañe mi coche y me dijo que varios clientes le pasa lo mismo . Creo que debería advertir a cada cliente de esto ya que después de dañar el coche nadie te va a responder por lo complicado del parking y me llama a decirme que dónde le deje el dinero y quedamos en que no iba a utilizarlo”

“Personal excelente, amables, educados y con muy buen trato. El lugar es excepcional, tranquilo y lleno de paz pero tiene algo que hace que parte de la estancia sea horrible. El calor en la habitación, tuvimos que pedir dos ventiladores de pie más el de techo que tiene y aún así la habitación está a más de 35 grados en su interior. Es imposible dormir por la noche con esa temperatura, el dueño/a lo tiene que saber o debería y poner una solución porque eso arruina la experiencia. El resto de 10”

“Really good communication and quick responses to any queries. Clean apart from when I moved sofa closer to TV...dust and hair. Free toiletries, great shower. The bed and pillows were best ive ever had. The pool is refreshing 😁. Definitely need some chairs to use as there's no chairs around pool area and there's ants on artificial grass. Could do with some folding chairs left in the apartment wardrobes or somewhere downstairs, near the pool. Could ask for a rental deposit for them so they……

“These apartments are 100% the best in Benidorm. Cheap, clean and in the best location if you're wanting to be on the strip. Lovely rooms, really comfortable beds with everything you need with ample space. After coming back from a holiday with the lads were will definitely be booking this place again”

Arrived to discover no sheet on sofa bed, only 2 sets of small towels and 1 glass tumbler and 2 wine glasses (1 cracked) for 3 guests. Bought 2 wine glasses from local charity shop. We were in a, supposedly, premium apt. 1 socket and zero prep area in kitchen, dining chairs which leave an almost indelible black mark on t-shirts, small tv that frequently……
