「Maya Villa Condo Hotel is an excellent option to stay in Playa Del Carmen. This hotel is clean, in a good position, near to everything. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with good lighting and A/C, also equipped with everything you need in the house. It is my second time in this hotel and I definitely recommend in you want to be at home.」

「The room was attractive, clean, comfortable, the reception was always staffed, we made in room and also walked to coffee and a yummy taco restaurant. We would visit again if we get the chance!」

「Adoramos a hospedagem. Fica a 1 Km do terminal ADO e da praia e também a 1 km do Chedraui que é de onde saem os Colectivos para Tulum e Cancun. Ao lado tem um mercado Walmart e restaurantes. O quarto é excelente, tudo funciona, ótimo chuveiro, cama confortável e ar condicionado. Na cozinha dá para fazer café da manhã e lanches rápidos. Os funcionários são atenciosos e a comunicação foi ótima. Na rua do hotel também dá para pegar Colectivos que se movimentam dentro de Playa del Carmen. Com...

「The apartment was gorgeous and had a well-equipped kitchen. The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature, super comfy bed and strong wifi. The rooftop was a nice place to chill and the sunset view from there is unbelievable . Personally, we really liked the location; there are a lot of good restaurants nearby and a small convenience store just across the street, would definitely recommend.」

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
