「The property looked nice, the bathroom was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The room was cold, and I couldn’t find an extra blanket, so I didn’t sleep well the first night. The cigarette smoke smell was also extremely strong. I understand smoking is permitted in the listing, however, as a nonsmoker, it was overwhelming. I ended up buying candles and incense and leaving the door open to try and air it out, so this room is not ideal for...

「The apartment was nicer than expected and very roomy. Nice and quiet. The only problem we had was that the owner did NOT respond to any messages. Our digital door lock warned us that the battery was dying the entire time we were there. If this happened, we would have not been able to get back in. I messages the owner twice with no response. Luckily, we were just there for two days and the battery hung on until we left. The owner never responded when we reported it. We still had not received...

「Everything was great. Definitely rustic and secluded but was exactly as described.」

「I really liked and appreciated having laundry detergent and dryer sheets supplied, along with dish soap supplied. It was an easy check in and check out, good communication with the host. The property was clean, quiet and comfortable, cold A/C was nice since I stayed there in July.Convenient parking right up front by the cottage.I would recommend this place and when I get back up there and need a place to stay, I will try for this cottage again.」

「Friendly staff were always there when I needed help, it truly enhances your stay experience.」

「The overall property was great just need more cookware.」

「it was very nice for the price, and right on the lake. one downfall was the internet, not very strong and it would come and go. probably need more info about what items were and werent included.」

「Other than a water/plumbing issue that was worked on and delayed me from preparing some food for a family event in time things went well. One of my promised dishes I was unable to do, but they understood my circumstances. The host James came himself and did what he could to allow me to not leave things untidy until the person he called could get there.I was frustrated at first but I understand as a homeowner that things like this happens. However, not having a mop or a shop vac to help get rid...

「I cannot begin to say enough good things about this place. It was clean, cozy, stocked, etc. It is literally everything you're looking for when traveling. The host has is kind and is great with communication hope to come back. 」

「This property met our needs. The host responded and answered the phone when I needed something. It was quiet in the neighborhood even though it was a lot of cars on the street.」
