「The property had apparently not been inspected by the manager before our stay. There were several serious issues which we have communicated with the manager about. The manager was not particularly helpful prior to our move in. For example, knowing that this was a rural property and that we might be arriving after dark, I asked the manager for more specific directions so that we would be able to locate it in an area unfamiliar to us. 「Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair…quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush…main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) …once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance… short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station….easy communication with host, Ashley…camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided…plan to stay here...

「The host couldn’t have been nicer to communicate with, the self check-in was a breeze. The RV was set on a pretty piece of property that was mostly private. Large covered patio with comfortable chairs supplied. The inside was welcoming, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels and linens. We hope to visit for our anniversary next year. Oh, we even saw a white peacock which was very special and felt magical. 」
