"Location of this hotel was EXCELLENT! Right by Trafalgar Square and close to the multiple public transport options. Locally circle, Chinatown, Theater district with all the broadway shows all VERY close by. Espresso machine downstairs was a favorite of the family. Free espresso or hot chocolate each morning and all day long. The laundry within the unit washed the clothes but didn’t exactly dry them. Closets were small and room was tight but still massively better than the hotel we had...

"We loved the lounge and the room was good. The only knock I have is the bathroom. It is sleek as is the rest of the facility, but function has been sacrificed. It is a large wet bath. The entire floor gets wet with a shower so no socks the rest of the night and there is no counter space in the bathroom. "

"Great location, close to several underground stations, shops etc and Kensington gardens. Very quiet street, we had windows open at night and were not disturbed. Good rooms, although a bit small when the sofa bed was made, it was difficult to fit 4 at the table. A quite small kitchen but fine to make breakfast. No freezer. Very comfortable beds and great cleaning. Very nice area with lots of nice restaurants"

"In general it was good until the check out. I had booked aborher room with expedia which i paid morebas it is meant to be a 1bedroom apartment. I had seroiusissues while changing my room which i had to cobtact expedia to interferes as i was not treated gently by the hitel. Unfortunately the 1 bedroom apartment they gave me which i moved in just now and have it till the 13th of this month is terrible. Very small, no view. It is more expensive than the executive studio but it is nothing to compare...
