I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. Upon arriving to the property the exterior of the home was not maintain. The driveway was littered with multiple trash bags and empty alcohol content and the trash bin was full to capacity. "Heidi House is a charming home in a lovely neighborhood. Our family really appreciated the main floor bedroom with full bath. The den in the back of the home was everyone’s favorite spot. The home was very clean. The location is ideal for Millikin or whatever brings you to the area. "

"Listing did not match the description. Home smelt terrible of smoke. Carpet, couch and property was very unclean. Standing water in the basement that made the house smell even more. Only 4 clean towels for 3 people and 3 nights. Only 1 extra blanket. No hand towel for bathroom. We had to purchase toilet paper as there was less than 1 roll. Door would not lock shut unless we pulled up on the entire door and held it up while it locked. Had to purchase cleaning supplies to make it so we could stay....
