“We used this home to gather our family who were coming to town to celebrate the 90th birthday of my mother-in-law. We had plenty of room to spread out for small group conversations or for gathering the entire family. The different levels of the home made it easy to allow quiet places for those needing rest while others chose to work on puzzles at the kitchen table or sat and visited on the couch. The kitchen is well stocked with nice kitchen tools for just about need. The extra refrigerator……

“The property is absolutely amazing with great river access. The kids fished we swam and rented jet skis and had a awesome time. There is a fire pit hot tub and a ton of grass with a nice patio for all family to enjoy. The inside was a little dated the bathtub is uncomfortable a long luxurious soak. But it works for small children. The beds and linen are on the cheaper side but they work to sleep in. I think the money you are paying is for the location on the river and it was well worth it we……

“This place had great proximity to the interstate and was a really cute community. The residence was advertised as a tiny home, but it is basically a hotel room. There is no way to cook food. If I think I’m getting a tiny “home” I would assume that there would be a way to cook food (hot plate or something with a couple pots, utensils, cutlery. We were gone most of the day and when we returned, the house was freezing, despite the wall heaters being set at 72•. When we went to leave, we couldn’t……

“It was very clean. Easy to find. It was just right for the location for us. The owners were easy to communicate with. Loved the common area. The only thing in the room that we thought was needed was a small table. Our room was very quiet since it faced the back of the property. The shower was awsome, walk in. Would be good for the handicap. Will possiblt stay here again”
