「The location of the apartment is unbeatable, only 5 minutes walk to Wein Hbf. There are a few supermarkets within 5 minutes of walking distance. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet, plus the kitchen was well equipped with the basic. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「Room was clean, everything looked new, and location was very convenient. The problem was that weather was hot and there was no AC and only one fan in the room, which made it very uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well for two nights.」

"我要特別感謝櫃台的服務人員，其服務態度非常親切，當我反映住宿的房間內的洗臉台(Bathroom sink)有裂痕，可能會對使用者有險時，服務人員立即連絡幫我更換房間，而且是立刻解決，我非常感謝。此飯店最大的優勢便是離車站非常近，交通方便，也可以步行至美景宮(Schloss Belvedere)，以及步行至軍事博物館(Heeresgeschichtliches Museum)，甚至可以步行至老城區，也只要25分鐘，非常方便。我感覺奧地利的人民對於別人都非常友善，也很有禮貌，這是我第一次來到奧地利的想法，謝謝。"

We met small unexpected problem and they showed very professional attitude and fixed it by the most reasonable way. And the room with city view can catch amazing sunset scenes. "
