"We liked the property, but the listing was not accurate about the number of people it can sleep.It said up to 10 and that they had 2 sleeper sofas, but did not have any sleeper sofas. 2 adult boys slept on the sectional couch and said it wasn't comfortable. And the property pictures are misleading. They said there were 4 bedrooms, but only 3. "Excellent host and a great property. Home was exactly as described. I decided to do a spur of the moment dunes trip with my SXS and couldn’t have worked out better with the location of this property. The backyard is quite literally the dunes and you have an amazing view of Lake Michigan out front. ORV park entrance is 5 mins away. The entry road to the neighborhood is a bit narrow and steep at times but no issues with my F350 and 16 foot trailer. The driveway is easy to back into but I wouldn’t go more than a 18-20 foot trailer. Overall, for the price and location, I would recommend staying here. "
