"Melissa at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I walked into the property to check in and I was met with a warm smile and greeting from Melissa. I immediately felt comfortable and at home. She explained the hotel amenities and was able to explain everything about Fort Stockton. After I checked in we unfortunately had car problems which would have cost us precious travel time, but Melissa was able to ensure us that our vehicle would be taken care of. Our vehicle was fixed in no time and we were able to jump back in the road the very next morning. Melissa went above and beyond from the very moment entered the beautiful and clean lobby to the next day as we left the beautiful hotel full from a well balanced breakfast.
