「We stayed at the Mason cottage for two weekday nights to explore all the HGTV Home Town sites. The cottage was clean, and everything was as promised. Check-in was seamless with no issues. Smart TV (Roku) was easy to use. Distance-wise, it was no problem to walk to the historic downtown. That said, in the immediate area there are some streets without sidewalks or painted crosswalks, so be cautious.Like most Vrbo rentals, it’s best to bring your own body wash and shampoo. The attention to so many details in every aspect of this property shines through the minute you walk through the door. Spectacular sunsets over the private lake and the serene country atmosphere made this the perfect retreat for a fantastic girls weekend. The Hosts even helped out with a flat tire the day of checkout. We will for sure be back...
