“Thank you so much for a great stay! The home was clean and the environment was very safe and comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful and communicative, and always let me know when other guests were arriving in the main house, or when maintenance was stopping by. Thanks again!”

“The property was as advertised. It is within easy walking distance of everything in Summerhaven. There were no cooking utensils other than a pair of tongs so bring your own. We would definitely stay there again.”

“This place was amazing first it felt like a cottage in the Desert super clean the outside space for my dogs could not be better totally fenced 8 feet high beautiful paver flooring on the patio and once again super clean plenty of space for my dogs to get their exercise and very important guest parking was great. You drive in unload park it in your space super quiet area sensor lights at night very very secured. I felt comfortable. It was a blessing to stay there.”

“A great place for an overnight stay. The owners are very helpful about sharing information of the area. Bed was comfortable and plenty of towels.”

“This worked out for us on a visit to see graduation. Thank you. Location was good and property is a step up from the expensive hotel rooms in the area in terms of price. ”

“Charmer offers a very comfortable stay, with washer/dryer, bathtub, dining nook, parking permits for street parking, and some household supplies. Its close proximity to the street car is convenient to reach historic downtown and vicinity. Activities at the fraternity house next door may get rowdy!”

“My favorite place to stay when I visit Tempe. Staff is very friendly and ensure we are comfortable. Very clean rooms.”

“Location was wonderful. The cabin is beautiful. The only bummer was the appliances lights were glaring and they are right in front of bed. Just might be our issue. The dog run did have a few too many weeds. However would recommend and will stay again.”

“Muy bonita casa, es una excelente opción cuando vas en familia”

“Worked out well- rental was clean and pet friendly. Had everything I needed in the kitchen.”

“This is a great house super close to U of A. Lots of space, well stocked and a little funky! I highly recommend giving it a stay. Thanks again!”

“Host is very communicable. House was exactly as described. Super close to downtown Tuson. Would definitely stay again. Five stars.”
