「This hotel is a nightmare. If we hadn’t arrived so late in the day and only had plans to stay one night, I would’ve left immediately. I’ve never stayed somewhere where it was so obvious the room had not been cleaned at all prior to our arrival. Mold everywhere—in the shower, the sink, the toilet, the ceiling, even the trashcan. 「We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only things to note are that the shower was quite small, and the dedicated ironing room was a little inconvenient, although we made it work. Overall, a pleasant stay and we would happily return.」

「This property provided good value, and a central location for visiting grappa vineyards. I found the staff here particularly friendly compared to other locations, the breakfast buffet was well stocked with cheese, deli meats and egg options. We didn’t try the restaurant, as they had a large tour group that night.」
