“This place is SO cute. Be prepared for a good set of stairs to get up to the main porch from the road. The interior is very nice and clean. We had all we needed during our stay. There is a moderate amount of street noise (cars, etc) that tapers off in the later evening. Host was very nice and communicated well.”

“Great communication from hosts. Worked perfectly for our group. True ski in/out. Dryer in the bunk room was the best feature. It was 6 degrees with a wind chill to -8 so it was much needed! Would definitely stay here again!”

“We had an absolute blast at Holli's place! The home was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms had darkening curtains for sleeping in, the entertainment space was a lot of fun, the kitchen was large enough for cooking with friends. You had plenty of space to spread out and have some chill solo downtime, but you also had great spaces to gather. We had all we needed to make meals every night, and coffee in the morning. HThe kids were in the pool every single day. Appreciated……

“Cute. Only complaint i have with lots of the vrbo is they usually put the plug in's. I am one that cannot tolerate them. But, i set out on the porch until dark and unplugged them. The winding road was fun. Quiet neighborhood”

“Beautiful property with a homey feeling in a quiet, country-like setting, while having the travelers convenience of a Dollar General store and 2 gas stations less than a mile away. Every room is spacious, including the bathroom. We were especially pleased with the thoughtfulness the owners took into account for younger children, which our granddaughter absolutely loved. The larger deck featured a sturdy tile patio table and 6 chairs, which we took advantage of each day for outdoor breakfast and……

“Wonderful stay! FYI- Maps app doesn't bring up the address. However please take note and print out the details that they give you prior to getting there. Service is spotty in the area. This house is on gravel road and it's secluded. We had a great stay and will definitely rent again if we are back in the area. We enjoyed the corn hole boards and horse shoes for the afternoon wind down. We stayed for 3 days and was able to see all the New River gorge areas in these 3 days. No hiking just taking……

“The location was very convenient to lots of things to do. The apartment looked like the photos, and we stayed nice and cool. We felt like the floors and shower needed a good clean. The floors were a bit sticky too. I accidently spilled a little sunscreen on the floor. When I went to clean it up with a paper towel, it turned blackish. The pillows were as flat as pancakes. Overall, the apartment looked nice, but seemed a bit dirty.”

“Easy to find, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, all instructions were clearly printed, enjoyed the hot tub and the wood stove. Recommend you book with Pine Haven directly to avoid the added vrbo charge that was tacked on, despite vrbo saying "all fees included."”
