「We had a lovely stay and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The bedsheets and towels were spotless and fresh. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and went beyond the expected to help us. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen felt newly updated and clean. 「a new property located in a convenient location, very clean and bright. love the kitchenette and lounge facilities where you can enjoy coffee and common space. friendly and helpful staff! good value for money.」

Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city...
