It is a short walk to Victoria Station and a walkable distance to Westminster Abbey. We found several nice restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store. "

"I was hugely impressed with the Strand Palace. Firstly, they offer single rooms at single room prices, meaning I didn’t have to pay for a double room just for me. Secondly, the reception staff at check-in was fast and friendly. Then the room, which was fantastic. Lovely decoration with nods to the art deco period, comfy bed, great bathroom. All in all, I loved this hotel and will definitely book again next time I’m in London. "
