Initially, we were supposed to stay in a smaller cottage, but due to a mix-up, we were upgraded to an amazing house, which turned out to be a fantastic surprise. "Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...

"Berkey himself is a gracious, helpful, and thoughtful host. His communications are excellent and once there, he will be there for you. He attends to details and has pride in this hideaway. It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds. "Wonderful two-week stay! Beautiful spot and Nichi is a fabulous host. The home is in a beautiful location and has everything you need. Sleeping on the lanai was awesome. Nothing better than falling asleep listening to waves crashing and waking up to the incredible views! This is an authentic carribbean experience! Highly recommend and hope to return soon. "I stayed in this house for Carnival 2025 with my family and friends.We were welcomed by a lovely, friendly couple. They were patient with us and took the time to show us around this spacious home.The house is less than 10 minutes from Roseau. It has a beautiful sea view. It is well-equipped.During our stay, we had a small problem with the upstairs bathroom, but the owner came to help us very quickly.I recommend this accommodation and we will be happy to come back!Thank you again to this lovely...

"There was nothing to like about this place. It was dirty smell of marijuana. The bathroom had no lighting. the roof was dirty and mouldy. Honestly i don't think this place should be advertised to rent for people. I ended up booking somewhere else because it was not accommodating. The picture advertised is not the real place. I'd like a refund because i only spent 10minutes at this palce and left."

"The property is nestled away on the country side of the island. We stayed in the honeymoon suite only steps away from the ocean . The pool is made of stones and is refreshing , especially with a cocktail. We scheduled a couples massage with hot rocks and let the stress of the World melt away . What a lovely retreat with Nature ! We will be back soon!"

Stunning Sunset Views

"Amazing location and view. We were very impressed with the property. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great. Our room ws clean and comfortable. It is a bit off the beaten track, and the road to get up there is rough so if taking a taxi, make sure the taxi includes the drive all the way up there. We heard that some drop you off on the main road, and it would be quite the hike, especially with bags. "

"We stayed one night as it was close to the airport and we knew we’d be arriving in the dark. The hostess and her family were so lovely and welcoming. We arrived later than expected and though we had not reserved a dinner meal the hostess graciously made us some sandwiches. The breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again in a heart beat. This place is a gem."

"This is in an idyllic forest setting. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fun and tasty. There is parking outside and across the road. WiFi is great. It's the opposite of quiet but the noises are rainforest sounds and cattle, which is restful in a different way. The rooms are pretty basic and a little tired but have everything you need. It's convenient for the airport and river but there is no hiking near to the property. "
