“This is a great liitle house in the heart of Scottshead, within walking distance to everything including snorkeling. Great views of the bay.The people are so friendly and welcoming in Scottshead. The house is well equipped and we were thankful for the a/c at night. The wash machine was a nice bonus a week into our trip.”

“I stayed in this house for Carnival 2025 with my family and friends.We were welcomed by a lovely, friendly couple. They were patient with us and took the time to show us around this spacious home.The house is less than 10 minutes from Roseau. It has a beautiful sea view. It is well-equipped.During our stay, we had a small problem with the upstairs bathroom, but the owner came to help us very quickly.I recommend this accommodation and we will be happy to come back!Thank you again to this lovely……

“Berkey himself is a gracious, helpful, and thoughtful host. His communications are excellent and once there, he will be there for you. He attends to details and has pride in this hideaway. It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds. Accommodations are basic but sufficient, if you are looking for an experience more like Dominica than a luxury hotel, Berkey's place is fine. Access to the property is straightforward and……

“We stayed at the Banyan cottage and it was lovely. Up on a hill, very private. It had screens so no need to worry about bugs. The cooking area was nicely done so that you could cook breakfast easily. The property is gorgeous and you really feel like you're in the middle of the rainforest by yourself. Very relaxing. “The apartment was perfect for 1-2 people and even a small child. It was very clean and better than the pictures especially when you open he curtains. The bed was comfortable and it's one of the few places with AC. Shernie & Glen were very nice. The only downside is there are a lot of stairs which was mentioned. I will pack less next time. Definitely would stay again”

“Excellent value. Manager is an excellent communicator which made entry and exit very easy. Walking distance to town. Nice pool and terrace overlooking the ocean. Very clean”

“The setting is lovely, secluded, and with a pool and beautiful deck, bar area, perched in the tropical hills. It is a stunning setting. The driveway to the Resort is steep and challenging, especially the first time. Once you've made it to the top, it's worth it. We would stay there again. ”
