"Wasn’t planning on late check in but we did as hotel called us and they said they would email the details to enter and self check in, it was very easy to do. The room was great everything needed we had and very clean. In and around the hotel places to walk, eat and drink, quiet and not far from the station 15 minute walk. "

"Parking was right in front of the hotel easily accessible. The staff was friendly, accommodating and spoke English. Breakfast had many options and was very delicious at the same time. Rooms were modern, tastefully decorated and spacious. "

"We are disabled and informed the hotel with an immediate reply back stating they would reserve a room on the ground floor. On arrival our disabled parking was reserved for us and the bedroom was very comfortable with a large modern bathroom with wet room and seat. Overlooked garden. Sufficient breakfast with scrambled egg as a bonus. Pleasant dining room overlooking swimming pool and gardens. Easy to find off the motorway as we were traveling from Italy to England. 2 mins drive to town centre which was worth seeing and had plenty of restaurants for evening meal. Recommend this hotel for cleanliness, quietness, staff very helpful and a lovely comfy bed. "

"Our cabin was unfortunately not clean. The floor needed to be mopped and we had dirt on our feets. The couch and other furniture had multiple stains. We were also not given crib sheets or extra trash bags. "
