「The property looked just as advertised. Clean & Pet friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is that the porch light be left on for guests as the block is really dark. 」

「It’s everything the host describes. Small and cozy. We were in town to visit relatives. It wasn’t far from them and isn’t too far from several shopping and eating areas and of course the college. Cutely decorated with the college theme.」

This was my first experience with an Air B&B he was extremely helpful every step. My husband & I will absolutely be using this Air B&B for future stays: Locate in a very nice area of Wichita.」

「Very comfortable beds very clean and cozy fenced back yard was nice for my service dog. The dogs next door was the only thing that I had a problem with my dog was continuously barking back and forth and they seemed to be always out.」

「This was a very clean and good livable space the only problem we had was the location, it was very noisy at night especially the trains around 5am. 」

「Host called at 9pm the day before we were set to arrive and stated they had double booked us and we would need to cancel our reservation. After telling him I wouldn't cancel, b/c there was no reason for ME to cancel he stated he could give me a partial refund through venmo and I would have to wait 3-5 days for VRBO to refund me the rest. Seemed very scammy. Got ahold of VRBO in the morning and they were able to see all our communications and they refunded me the booking since it was the HOSTS...

「Perfect quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for us (2 adults and a toddler). It is a 10-15 min drive to zoo, old downtown sites, but 1-5 min drive for essential places. Check in instructions were on website, but we needed to ask for access code. Laundry room was a bonus! Check out instructions were listed on site, but were somewhat different in the BNB so we were unsure which to go by, but we went with the website instructions. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back!」
