"There was no one to help at the restaurant on how to order. Everything is self service and we were unable to figure out how to order food at the restaurant from the app. There was no where to add the items we wanted to purchase. Finally we asked the bar tender and she said she could order for us! We wasted at least 39 minutes trying to order from the app and we are tech savvy. "

"Our room was very nice. We had 1 room for 3 adults and it worked out beautifully. The beds were comfortable. I will say that the bathroom is tiny. Our original flight was canceled Paris to USA, but we were able to rebook our room and not move. They have 2 restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop and a bar. The best part is you are right at Terminal 3 and the train that will take you to 1 or 2. It is sooooo convenient. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am flying out of Paris. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The room was clean and tidy. Someone came once a day to clean the room while I was gone. The staff were really nice and helpful. Location of the hotel was pretty good as well - 5 mins walk from a metro station and 3 mins walk from a bus stop. The room had an adjustable thermostat that you could set to your liking. The bed was comfortable with 2 different types of pillows - soft and firm, so you could chose what you prefer. "

"I was staying at the hotel the night before I flew home. Very convenient, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I fell just before I got to the hotel, hurt my arm and shoulder and was in a lot of pain. The staff went above and beyond to take care of me. Helped me with my luggage, got me ice, pulled a modified sling together and were exceptionally kind. Madeleine was especially great. I can’t thank them enough for the TLC when I was hurting and a bit in shock. "
