「Who knew there was such a wonderful hidden treasure a mere 2 hours away from New Orleans!!! My wife and I stayed here on the last night of our honeymoon and we wish we would have stayed longer. We stayed in the Owl's Nest and it was exactly what we needed for the last night. When we walked in, I asked my wife if this was glamping, and she said, in her view, yes. The cabin is immaculate and very well decorated. The stairs are not all that scary. The surrounding woods are spectacular! We didn't...

「Perfect little getaway!! Quiet, clean and the host answers in minutes. It wouldn’t let me do 5 stars but they deserve it!!」

「Good price, Cabin had plenty of space for my party of 8 people. Plenty of places to sleep when you include couches and blow up mattresses. Didn't receive any communication back outside of the initial check in. Outside of the one hiccup had a great time. Wonderful property.」

「Perfect cottage for comfy stay.」

「10 STARS !!!! This is hands down the best non-hotel we have ever stayed at. It was clean, super clean, and just so cozy ! Even has the technical means available for those of us who prefer soft music over television! We were so happy with everything Laurel Mississippi and our little cozy place we just wanted to stay forever! Our host was very available and I have absolutely not one negative! Great place!!」

「Our stay completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was exceptional and we will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Laurel again.」

「Our host was precious!!! The house was very clean, the location was perfect, the beds were very comfortable. I recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Laurel, Mississippi 」

「The place is much bigger than the pictures allow, parking is amazing and every amenities been considered.」

「Check in was great . We had a little problem with heat . The gas tank leaked the propane tank was empty. We had to leave the house due to cold weather would rather have stayed there but had to go to motel. Owner was very good to us this is not their fault just something that happened. Everything has been taken care of I highly recommend this property for cuter stays. Ted」

「Property was very peaceful, and located very conveniently close to Laurel. The neighborhood is excellent for morning or afternoon walks and the views are beautiful. Host were amazing people with fine hospitality, I would recommend staying to anyone.」

「The listing is very misleading. Photo 1 is the parking. Photo 2 is the porch/lanai. Photo 3 is the view from the living room. Photo 4 is the view from the bedroom. Photos 5 and 6 are the tiny living room area that has a loveseat rather than a sofa. Photo 7 is the bedroom. It costs roughly $11-12 per hour to stay in this unit and about an hour of that is spent cleaning the unit before you leave. The restaurant across the street that is shown in the listing is closed and the big beautiful front...

「Very comfortable, clean place to stay. Easy access to Laurel was hoping it was walkable but still very easy to navigate. Beautiful park nearby as a bonus. Enjoyed our stay very much.」

「From before check-in until after, the process was as easy as it could be. We were traveling for baseball & happened to get to town earlier than expected, with a very quick response, we were able to do an early check-in, making things smoother on us. The property was very clean with all the necessities needed. We will definitely be staying again if traveling to the area! 10/10 recommend!!」

「It was located in a central area easy to access restaurants and shops in downtown area. A/C worked well as ot was mid90s when we were there. Comfortable furnishings but cramped bathrooms that were old. Overall easy to park in rear of house.」

「Everything was perfect in the cottage! Super cozy and conveniently located to town! We rode the Amtrak in. Had lunch at Pearl’s diner. Shopped the shops and had dinner at the Loft! The people of Laurel are so kind and accommodating! 」

「It’s hard to single out what made our stay at the Pigeon House so memorable. The first thing that struck us was the perfect location. It is close to downtown and nestled in the historic district. Really convenient to attractions that brought us to Laurel. Inside is so inviting. Comfortable furniture in the living area made it a real oasis after a day of shopping or sightseeing. The kitchen is well equipped, clean, and the perfect size. In the bedroom the king bed was very comfortable and a...

「House was picture perfect!」

「Everything was great with the exception of the shower. Water pressure was very low and the shower temp was hard to regulate.」

「Location was great! The room was tastefully done, clean and comfortable. Would recommend and hopefully return in my travels」
