「Very peaceful beautiful cozy host . Parking is very convenient. I would highly recommend you to stay here .」

「Great」

「Easy check-in. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen isnt a full kitchen, just the essentials. Bathroom is decent, the shower is small for tall/big people. A lot of unfinished things in the basement (missing vent covers, missing trim pieces on floor and door, missing baseboards and such) Cleanliness is fine, nothing was dirty anywhere, just a lot of hard water stains in the bathroom. Overall a 7.5/10」

「I had some minor issues with the bathroom sink, but it was quickly resolved. The host was nice and responds to messages immediately. Rental is in a quiet neighborhood and is only a few minutes to downtown area by car. Since it's in a basement, it could get a little cold, but you have access to the thermostat that you can adjust as needed. The room looks just as it does on the listing. Clean, minimal, and well-lit. Overall, I had a good experience.」

「it was very good property with very nice host.」

「Listing says air conditioner but there was no air conditioning, it was a very warm and humid basement. The host was polite and had good communication. It is in a sketchy area so keep that in mind. It was reasonably clean besides the dirty floors and what looked like mold around the tub. The bed was comfortable and relatively clean. The host lives upstairs and them and their children were very noisy anytime before 10pm. Not terrible but I wouldn't stay here again.」

「Overall we had a good experience. The only thing we would add is there were no towels in any of the bathrooms. We did find bath towels and face cloths in the laundry room but no hand towels. It may be something to consider for future guests.」

「A well appointed apartment with easy access for loading and unloading with the bonus of secure underground parking. The kitchen is well equipped should you wish to eat in. The bedroom nearest to 109th can be a bit noisy overnight. The apartment is easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. The suite was very clean and there were plenty of towels for showers. The host kindly provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. We would definitely stay again.」

「First time staying here, usually use hotels but wanted something different. Everything was great. Recommend this place.」
