"If check in is at 3pm i should have received check-in instructions at 3pm. I had to get to the property only to find out i couldn’t get into my room because i never received check-in instructions. I called the number on the door because of course no human is on property to help and got no answer. I texted the number and 45 minutes later i got check-in instructions sent to me. I already was checked into another hotel by then. Does this place expect someone to sit in their parking lot and wait for an answer that i wasn’t even sure was coming. Now im fighting to get a refund. Worst experience! After a long day exploring the area the last thing i wanted to do was sit in the car and find a new hotel. Good luck if you book with them."

"We wanted a cabin with a rustic feel, privacy, but close enough to Tetons and Yellowstone to accommodate our plans for the weekend. This cabin provided everything we needed. The host is super accommodating and communication was amazing."

"Host responsiveness was superb. The property is small, but fabulously pet-friendly, with a small fenced area right off the back door of the cottage. Our dogs and cat were very happy. :-) Good for a couple with pets - we'd stay here again for sure."
