"Highly recommend this hotel is my second time that I stay and I love it!"

"Stayed at this hotel during the duration of our stay in Salento, clean room, breakfast that was included was awesome, and additional laundry service was very helpful. Parking was also included which was convenient to store our car during the duration of the visit. It was only a 5 minute walk to the centre square, close to many restaurants, and only 1-2 blocks away from Calle Real which is the touristic/scenic street. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. 5 stars all around."

"Our stay at Las Camelias was absolutely wonderful! The place is beautiful, very organized, and perfect for families with small children. Everything felt comfortable, safe, and well maintained. A special thank you to Mauricio, the waiter by the poolside, who was amazing and made our experience even better with his kindness and great service. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!"

"This is a thermal water hotel, but upon arrival the whole entire hotel didn't have any thermal water running. It took until late at night to fix the problem, but the pool in my room was empty. Then, the staff had to call maintenance because it was an issue with the pool inside the room. I couldn't use the pool until this morning. The other pools in the common areas were freezing and disgusting. Even the robe they have had some stains on it. I especially requested a quiet cabin, and it was a lot of noise from thr cabin next to me until almost midnight? Then tjis morning the area was the uploading zone for all the supplies coming to the hotel. So a bunch of trucks and staff were making a lot of noise The whole experience was horrific and I couldn't get out of that place fast enough. Did an early check out. On the other hand some of the staff was nice and attentive and tried to resolve all the issues they were having the best they could. HORRIBLE PLACE! and very disappointed as yesterday was my birthday, and I wanted to have a relaxing time."

"Place was a dream. Will go again. They even had an amazing dog to escort us to the waterfall hike named sol. Food was good and affordable , the staff were very friendly . Can not wait to go back!"
